Provider Vetting Process

Before a chef or kitchen can list their meals on Fondoo, they undergo a rigorous onboarding check. We require proof of valid business licenses, up-to-date food handler certifications, and recent health department inspection records for their commercial kitchens. Only those operating in compliant, commercial-grade facilities are accepted.

Quality & Ingredient Standards

We champion clean, honest food. Providers agree to transparent ingredient sourcing and accurate nutritional reporting. All major allergens must be explicitly tagged on the menu. We prohibit the use of unlisted artificial preservatives in meals marketed as 'fresh' or 'organic'.

Ongoing Monitoring & Reviews

Trust is maintained through community feedback. Verified purchasers leave ratings and reviews on menu items. Our system monitors provider performance metrics—including order fulfillment accuracy and customer satisfaction. Providers who consistently fall below our quality thresholds are audited and may be removed from the platform.
