1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Fondoo marketplace, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, you may not access the website or use any services.
2. Platform Description
Fondoo operates as an online marketplace connecting independent local meal prep providers ("Providers") with customers ("Users"). We provide the technology platform to facilitate these transactions but do not prepare, handle, or deliver any food items ourselves.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. Fondoo cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage from your failure to comply with this security obligation. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.
4. Order & Payment
When placing an order, you agree to pay the listed price, including any applicable taxes and delivery fees. Payments are processed securely via our third-party payment providers. Once an order is confirmed by a Provider, cancellations or modifications are subject to the specific Provider's stated policies.
5. Provider Terms
Providers utilizing Fondoo are independent business entities responsible for compliance with all local health, safety, and commercial regulations. Providers agree to accurately represent their ingredients, nutritional values, and allergens. Fondoo reserves the right to suspend any Provider failing to meet quality or safety standards.
6. Intellectual Property
The platform, its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Fondoo and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. Users and Providers retain ownership of the content they upload, but grant Fondoo a non-exclusive license to use it for platform operations.
7. Limitation of Liability
Fondoo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the platform. Food quality, safety, and timely delivery remain the sole responsibility of the respective Providers.
8. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
